Our standard gym membership is £30 per month with no contract and no joining fee. We also offer a Parent & Child membership for £50 per month for one adult and one child aged 12–16.

Yes. We offer 1-1 personal training (£217/mo), small group personal training for up to 6 people (£147/mo), and online personal training (£97/mo). All packages include a full training programme, nutrition plan, recipe books, meal planning, weekly check-ins, and WhatsApp support.
